About the Preferred Communication Methods Form

This form is used to designate methods of preferred communication to be used in conjunction with a persons record.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the record.

General Tab

Name

The name of the Preferred Communication Method.

Description

Description of the Preferred Communication Method.

Adding the Persons Tab

On previous versions of Aptify, this form includes a Persons tab which lists all of the Persons records associated with the Preferred Communication Method record. See Modifying a Form Layout for information on how to add this tab to your current version.
