About the User License Assignment Form

Records in this service link a user to a license. Only users who are assigned to a valid license can connect to Aptify.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the User License Assignment record.

General Tab

License

The License's ID. This field links to the Licenses service.

User

Specifies the user to whom this license is assigned.

Start Date

The date the User License Assignment begins.

End Date

The date the User License Assignment ends.

Comments

The Comments field contains any additional details relevant to the User License Assignment record
