The system automatically creates an Application User Entities record each time a user adds a service to an application. These records track who the users are for a given service in an application.
Attachments Tab
The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Application User Entities record.
General Tab
Application (Required)
The name of the application available to the user.
Entity (Required)
The Entity field shows which service this user has installed.
User (Required)
The name of the user with access to the service and application.
Rank (Required)
The rank number indicates the order the Service appears under the Application heading in the user's profile.
