About the Functions Form

This service stores the list of job functions that a person can perform at his or her company.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Functions record.

General Tab

Name

The name of the function.

Start Date

Start date of Person started perform function.

End Date

End date of the person working on the function.

Comments

Comments if any.

OldID

This field is included for data conversion purposes. If Functions data was imported into Aptify from another system,  the ID of the function on that original system may appear in this field. Users can ignore this field.
