This service stores the available reasons for why a case was closed. Organizations can also use this service to track why cases were opened.
Attachments Tab

General Tab
Name (required)
The name of the Case Reason.
Description
A description of the Case Reason.
Rank
Specifies the relative rank of this case reason when compared to other case reasons.
