About the Case Reporters Form

This service stores the set of available case reporters that can be specified in the Cases form's Source field. It identifies the source of a particular case (such as internally report or externally reported).

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Case Reporters record.

General Tab

Name (required)

The name of the case reporter.

Description

A description of the case reporter.

Rank

Specifies the relative rank of this record when compared to other Case Reporters records.
