About the Case Satisfaction Levels Form

This service stores the set of satisfaction levels that are available from the Case Satisfaction Level drop-down list on the Cases form.


Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Case Satisfaction Levels record.

General Tab

Name (required)

The name of the Case Satisfaction Level.


A description of the Case Satisfaction Level.


Specifies the rank of a satisfaction level relative to other satisfaction levels. The available results are shown in rank order from lowest to highest in the Case Satisfaction Level drop‑down field on the Cases form.
