This service stores the set of report methods that are available for selection on a Cases form. It identifies methods in which cases are reported by customers to the organization, such as over the phone or from a website submission form.
Attachments Tab
The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Case Report Methods record.
General Tab
Name (required)
The name of the Case Report Method.
Description (required)
A description of the Case Report Method.
Rank
Specifies the relative rank of the case report methods. The available methods are shown in rank order from lowest to highest in the Case Report Method drop-down field on the Cases form.
