About the Case Statuses Form

This service stores the set of status options that are available from the Status drop-down list on the Cases form.


Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Case Statuses record.

General Tab


The name of the Case Status


A description of the Case Status.


Specifies the rank of a status relative to other status options. The available results are shown in rank order from lowest to highest in the Status drop‑down field on the Cases form.

Final State

When checked, this field identifies that the status corresponds to a closed state for the case (in other words, the case requires no further action). This typically applies to Status options such as Completed or Cancelled.
