About the Issue Categories Form

This service stores the set of categories that can be assigned to issues. These records appear in the Category drop-down list on the Issues form.


Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Issue Categories record.

Name (required)

The name of the Issue Category.


A description of the Issue Category.


If this Issue Category is a subsidiary to another Issue Category, specific the parent category in this field (which links to another record in the Issue Categories service). This field allows an organization to create a hierarchy of Issue Categories.
