An organization can track committee meetings as Meetings records in Aptify and then link the meeting to the appropriate Committee Terms record. Follow these steps to create a Meetings record and link it to a term:
- Create a new Products record for the committee's meeting.
- See Managing Meeting Products for instructions.
- Open a Committee Terms record and select the Meetings tab.
- Click the New record icon to open a new Committee Term Meetings sub-type record.
- Enter the meeting in the Meeting field. This field links to the Meetings service.
- To add comments to the Meetings record, select the Comments tab.
- Click OK to save and close the sub-type record.
- Save the Committee Terms record.
