Understanding the CES Views

CES in Aptify 5.5.2 contains a selection of views that a system administrator can make available to users. The views can be found in the CES Plans, CES Points, and CES Scores services, as listed below.

About the All CES by Run View

The All CES by Run view is available to system administrators in CES Scores service. It can be shared with users.The All CES by Run view is a pivot table view that shows all Persons records with their CES points and CES Scores at different points in time. This view is very helpful in analyzing a person's CES score by looking at its breakdown and its history.

About the All CES Plans View

The All CES Plans view is available to system administrators in CES Plans service. It can be shared with users. The All CES Plans view is a list view that provides information on the CES plans that have been created in the environment.

The All CES Scores view is available to system administrators in CES Scores service. It can be shared with users.

This All CES Scores view is a list view that shows the CES score data for persons, grouped by CES plan and run date. The information provided also includes company name and state where the person resides.

 The Average CES for Association view is available to system administrators in CES Scores service. It can be shared with users.

The Average CES for Associated view is a chart and list view that shows the Average CES of an Association over a period of time.

 The Average CES by DOB view is available to system administrators in CES Scores service. It can be shared with users.

About the Average CES by Member Type View

The Average CES by Member Type view is available to system administrators in CES Scores service. It can be shared with users.

 The Average CES by Member Type view is a chart and list view that segments persons based on their membership type. This view is included in the default CES dashboard.

About the CES Points Prompt View

The CES Points Prompt view is available to system administrators in CES Scores service. It can be shared with users.

 The CES Points Prompt view is a prompted pivot table view that assists in providing a random persons profile for assessment of the Composite Engagement Scores.

The CES Score History view is available to system administrators in CES Scores service. It can be shared with users.

 The CES Score History view is a chart and list view that displays the CES scores for different runs of the CES plan over time.

 The CES Score History view is a prompted pivot table view shows all Persons records with their CES points and CES Scores at different points in time.

About the CES Stars View

The CES Stars view is available to system administrators in CES Scores service. It can be shared with users.

 The CES Stars view is a list view shows that the persons who have a CES score over a threshold value.

The Points with KPI view is available to system administrators in the CES Points service. It can be shared with users.

The Points with KPI view is a list view that shows all of the points that have ever been assigned using CES.

About the Specialists View

The Specialists view is available to system administrators in CES Scores service. It can be shared with users.

 The Specialists view is a prompted list view that helps locate specialists for a particular KPI who have a high score for a particular KPI but a low overall CES Score. The prompted values are as follows:

  • KPI Metric ID – ID number for the desired KPI
  • KPI Points – Threshold value for KPI points awarded to person that will be displayed.
  • CES Score – Threshold value for CEC score value for a person that will be displayed.


Specialists View

About the Star Performers View

The Star Performers view is available to system administrators in CES Scores service. It can be shared with users. The Star Performers view is a prompted list view that highlights the profiles of Persons who have a high Composite Engagement Score. In this view, a user can select any person record and review their Composite Engagement Score. The prompt is for the CES Score to be used as a threshold for the listing of Persons.

About the Star Performers Prompt View

The Star Performers Prompt view is available to system administrators in CES Scores service. It can be shared with users.

 The Star Performers Prompt view is a prompted list view that highlights the profiles of Persons who have a high Composite Engagement Score, where the user is prompted to enter the information to be displayed. The prompt is for the KPI Run value and the CES Score to be used as a threshold for the listing of Persons.

Note

Pivot table views are not supported in the Aptify 5.5.2 Web interface. Pivot table views must be run in the Aptify 5.5.2 Desktop client. 

 

Note
Aptify recommends including these views either on the dashboard or configured to be run via a set scheduler for any views that you do not intend to keep on your dashboard.
