Getting Started with Using Composite Engagement Score

Aptify 5.5.2 adds the CES tool to the applications that are available to install in your Aptify environment during system setup. The CES application can be used by an organization to measure engagement of its membership, both at a given point in time and over longer intervals. CES is flexible enough to accommodate a variety of inputs that drive the aggregate score and allow for changes in its calculation method over time, all while providing a mechanism for historical comparison.
