Configuring and Running CES

Once you have identified what KPIs your organization is going to use to calculate CES, and determined a weight for those KPIs, you will need to configure the CES application. Once the configuration is complete, you can run it to determine CES scores for the members of your organization.

Use the steps below to configure and run the CES application on Aptify 5.5.2.
