About the KPI Run Form

The KPI Run form identifies the date on which the KPI was run. Each run instance is identified with a KPI run ID.

Attach any documents relevant to this KPI runs ID on the Attachments tab.

Run Date

Identifies the date when the KPI was run

Effective Date

Identifies the date when the data from the KPI run was made effective.
